Dealing with the banks is already stressful enough. They behave like they own you and you need to OBEY.  No loud voice you must only whisper, no phone calls inside and do not question anything because that raises red flags. Everyone working at the bank for is trying to make you believe that they are doing you a favor by taking your money away from you for nothing. In many cases they charge you for nothing too. Banks are very creative and very quick to change their rules without you being able to do something about it. Open an account – CHARGE, PRINT CHECKS – CHARGE, MAKE BANK TRANSFER – CHARGE, MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT- CHARGE, CASH A CHECK WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT- CHARGE, MINIMUM BALANCE – CHARGE and this is ongoing until you get tired and move on to another bank because no matter how long you are banking with your branch they will always treat you like they have never seen you before and you just walked in for the first time.

Maybe they should remove the “Community Bank” title from their name since they do not want to know the customers in their community. Pretty ironic! I love when I get home and find messages from the bank least 3 times a week with offers of savings since we have $XXXXX on the account and we do not get anything on it. So offering a 0.5% interest is their most intelligent solution. I don’t understand why the same guy calls our house 3X a week and leaves messages when it is pretty obvious that we are at work! He never writes notes about the phone calls he makes, and he does NOT get the point that people have to work so they can continue to pay NON-SENSE FEES at the bank so he can have a job and get on my nerves with his messages.

If that’s not enough to share my frustration of why I should cancel my bank account and find another bank then here is the last DROP into the bucket. Last Friday I went to the bank to “DELIVER” my money to them. I used the drive thru window. I never stop my car close to the wall for very a GOOD reason and I kept my distance this time as well. I waited for two minutes because no one was at the window until I pressed the ‘BUTTON’…I never should have touched it because here is what happened next. A woman came out, opened the sliding drawer and stopped it 8 inches away from my car I put in the deposit slip with checks and money and after she closed the drawer and said in her microphone using her Spanglish combined with American accent. I have customers inside so I’ll get back to you when I’m done with them. I always thought the drive-thru should be faster service that it is there for convenience.

But I guess I’m wrong. 5 minutes later the same women gets back with a receipt and when she opens the automatic drawer she HITS my car door hard. My reaction was – are you serious??? You had to do this? Why didn’t you stop the drawer??? Her Spanglish reaction was “No don’t worry nothing happened there is rubber on it” and she walked away inside. I got so upset and after checking my car I went in and ended this life long abuse! No more Spanglish for my money, no more charges for this and that and NO MORE hitting my $50,000 BMW simple as that….Because the only question popping in my mind is “What will be next” at my Rotten 5/3 Bank!?
